Delphi and jobs

I wanted to know if Delphi is well accepted at Europe and USA since I
am in Brazil. If i can get jobs to Delphi to do anything excepts only
DB.

You can get jobs using Delphi in the USA and in Europe. There are
less jobs than those using C++ or even VB, but you can still find
them.

Most Delphi work involves databases, a smallish but significant
proportion of it does not.

That seems the general pattern of things for Delphi anyway.

the groups comp.lang.pascal.delphi.* may be a useful resource for you,
but not for job hunting. For job hunting use the web.
