Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
- Must have experience either within the Healthcare industry and/or public
sector
- Strong experience with JAVA, EJB, and WebLogic or WebSphere
- Ideally has some experience with Databases such as Oracle
- Ideally familiar with Cognos and Mumps
- Must have superior written, verbal, and presentation skills

Are you at 200% margin ? This position , published on the other agencies
pays at least 100$/hr ., this is new project and have quite a budget .

This attitude is not honorable.
1. You think all candidates are idiots and you can scum 100% + margin
2 You think that at the end candidates will not find out how much it really
pays.
3. No VOR rate is that low
4. If it is that low , you are damaging legitimate businesses
